We provide different consultation options to suit your needs. These meetings are arranged online by video conference. The objective of a consultation vary from getting specific answers to your general immigration questions to determining your immigration options, explaining what to expect, what documents we may require form you, discuss any previous refusals and any consequences to you.

For further details you can fill our contact form and we will let you know how we can help you, based on your specific needs.

Step 2: Opening your File

Once you have completed a consultation and you decide to hire us and proceed, we prepare a Retainer Agreement (RA) which contains all the terms and conditions to provide immigration services to you and to start working on your case.

We will prepare your personalized questionnaires to gather the information we need to prepare a complete application. In addition, we will send you a document list with required and supporting evidence we recommend for your circumstances to better support your request with IRCC.

As we continue to work on your application, we will be accompanying you and providing guidance in every step of the process; as well as, recommending any resources you need to ensure your application package is ready and complete in the least amount of time.

Once everything is drafted and organized, we will send you final documents for revision and approval. After, we will finalize and submit your application to IRCC. We will continue to follow-up with you if any requests or updates are needed until we receive a decision.

Carolina has accompanied me through my post-graduate work permit and permanent residence process with great attention to detail and compassion. At the core, immigration is a human process that can be stressful. Carolina understands this and will put time and effort into ensuring that the paperwork is done at an excellent standard and that you feel accompanied during the processing times. I will be forever thankful for all the hard work she put into my case and would not hesitate to recommend her services.
